I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with beautiful decor and all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay.

My stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable. The staff were very kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day.
The hotel has a great atmosphere and everything was well organized. I also appreciated the convenient location, which made getting around very easy.
Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit. Highly recommended

Location is the only thing going for this property.
The men working there are cool and helpful, but they are sort of like a "jack of all trades", and not always around to assist.
The "suite" was incorrectly labeled as having 1 seperate room and 1 bedroom, this was falst description. This appear to have been changed since then, which is good at least. But we were caught in this misleading discription with a toddler, which made our experience very negative and tiring, not having a seperate room.
The bathroom is not great, there are no hangers for towels which is really weird. The AC is either freezing or off, which again leads to all sorts of problems.
The hotel is located near a loud outdoor club, music is blasting till 2 am on most nights (except Mondays i guess).
The pool seems a little dirty, but I swam in it and lived.
The cleaning is not consistent, not sure what the policy is.
Finally, if you are planning on reserving a taxi to take you to the airport, allocate an extra half an hour just to coordinate how to meet each other, considering no cars are allowed in. and if early in the morning, there is not staff to help you with your luggage on those cobble stone streets.
