The location was perfect, very easy access to the beach, beautiful and peaceful setting.
We also didn't mind the fact that two of the rooms were in the basement. Some people didn't like the microclimate, but the owner had taken care of climate control.
The kitchen was well equipped, we had everything we needed. The beds in the rooms were also comfortable, there were extra blankets (it got colder during our stay, and they came in handy). The outdoor grill was also great, which we used once.
The only minor drawback was one bathroom. In a larger group (there were 7 of us) we had to stand in line :)

well positioned, 2 mins walking to the beach, fully equipped, very friendly and helpful owner. I recommend it if you are looking for a nice, quite place near the sea, with great sunsets.
everything was great at the property;
not having its own delimited yard, if you have dogs which like to play free outside, better keep them on a leash or you could have troubles with an aggressive neighbor who is resident around

Everything was really nice. Beach was close to the villa. Kitchen was properly equipped. Nice and quiet place with welcome and helpful owner of the house.
