Large balcony with afternoon sun even in October, nice view of Mount Athos, very close to the beach, small supermarket closeby, helpful hosts.
The kitchen equipment is good, but could be yet comprehensive. It would be nice, e.g., to have a 2nd cutting board.

It is a clean place with a professional staff.
I booked a flat with the terrace and at my arrival I got a flat at the ground floor directly on the street. Not exactly what I reserved on Booking.com. Flats are very small.
