Konum çok iyi. Hem merkezi hem sessiz. Oda tertemiz
balkon kapısı zor kapanıyor. Banyonun duş kısımı çok küçük bu yüzden tüm banyo ıslanıyor

-Location is good (near the sea and city center)
-The owner is friendly and the communication with her is good
-Nice terrace with nice view directly to the sea
-It has no parking nearby (as the most of N. Marmaras properties)
-The sound of water pump is to noise (it can be a problem)

Tesisin konumu çok güzel, yatakları yeni ve rahat, oda temiz. Biz sanırım yeni odalardan birinde konakladık. 6 gece kaldık 1 kere çarşaflarımız ve havlularımız değiştirildi bizim için yeterliydi. Saç kurutma makinesi yoktu hemen çözüm sağladılar ve yeni bir kurutma makinesi getirdiler. İletişim kurduğumuz personel tüm sorularımızda yardımcı oldu. Tüm mutfak gereçleri mevcuttu. Hatta bulaşık süngeri ve bazı bezler hiç kullanılmamış olarak paketli bulunuyordu mutfakta. Sadece çatal yoktu onuda talep etmedik idare ettik :)
Tesisin önünde park yeri mevcut fakat genelde tesis girişini farklı araçlar engelledikleri için önüne park edemiyorsunuz. Tesis merkezi konumda olduğu için 18:00 den sonra bölgeye dönerseniz biraz uzak mesafelerde yer bulabilirsiniz. Duş başlığının duvara takılmaması ve buradaki camın normal olması rahatsız etti. Yani dışarıdan wc ve duş tamamen gözüküyordu. Biz poşetle kapatarak çözüm bulduk.
