The well-furnished holiday apartment “Adler 1 Erdgeschoss” is situated in a quiet area on the outskirts of Überlingen and is only a short bike ride the banks of Lake Constance. The 51 m² apartment on the ground floor consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, cable television and a highchair. You can start the day with coffee and breakfast on the private open terrace next to the shared garden or spend the evenings there with a glass of wine and tasty home-cooked dinners. The nearest supermarket is a 7-minute walk (500 m) away, a bakery can be found after an 8-minute walk (650 m), a pharmacy is 1.2 km or a 15-minute walk away, and you can reach a restaurant 500 m or a 7-minute walk away from the apartment. The closest beach, Strandbad West, where you can swim in the clear blue water and enjoy the fantastic panorama, is only a 6-minute drive (2.3 km) or a 7-minute bike ride away. The well-kept park with a deer enclosure, located a 21-minute walk (1.7 km) away, has a shady picnic area and a pavilion on top of a lookout with a wonderful view of the town, the mountains and Lake Constance, while the charming historical centre of Überlingen, with lovely architecture, bustling promenades, a train station and a thermal bath, can be reached on foot after only 1.3 km, which is a 14-minute walk from the property. From the ferry terminal in Meersburg, an 18-minute drive (15 km) away, you can cross the lake to Konstanz and visit the picturesque old town centre with centuries-old architecture and a famous cathedral. The Lake Constance region offers numerous great hiking and cycling routes through scenic landscapes and along the lakeshores. In winter, you can even go skiing a 30-minute drive (27 km) from Überlingen or across the nearby Austrian or Swiss borders.

Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und freundlich. Die Ausstattung ist für unsere Begriffe sehr gut. Der offene Wohn- und Essbereich ist für zwei Personen großzügig. Die Matratzen sind richtig gut und es gab sowohl kleine als auch große Kopfkissen zur Auswahl. Der Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Haus. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt.

Pros: Wohnung bietet einen schönen Rundblick und viel Sonne und ist daher sehr hell. Auch wenn sie nicht direkt am See liegt, ist man sehr schnell in der Altstadt und am Seeufer.

Das Objekt hat alles was man benötigt. Nette Aufmerksamkeit: eine Senseo Kaffeemaschine mit Pads.
Eine Anmerkung: schön wären Fliegengitter an einzelnen Fenstern damit man abends ohne Mückenbesuch oder Fliegenbesuch lüften kann.
