The well-furnished apartment “Ferienwohnung Eberle” is situated in Mariabrunn, a quiet rural area near Friedrichshafen, and is perfect for relaxing holidays in a beautiful scenery close to Lake Constance. The 58 m² apartment on the ground floor consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and a separate toilet and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite television and insect screens. The private open terrace with seating furniture and a parasol is great to start the day with breakfast or to spend the evenings with a glass of wine and tasty barbecue dinners. There is also a garden you can use, which is shared with the homeowners. A pharmacy can be reached after a 13-minute walk (1 km), a supermarket after a 4-minute drive (2.2 km), a restaurant after a 3-minute drive (1.6 km), and after a 5-minute drive (2.8 km) to the train station in Eriskirch, you can get to the pretty centre of Friedrichshafen in only 6 minutes. The closest beach, Strandbad Eriskirch, is located a 9-minute drive (2.8 km) from the property, where you can take refreshing swims in the clear blue water and enjoy the scenic panorama with the Swiss Alps in the background. From the ferry terminal in Meersburg, a 37-minute drive (29 km) away, you can cross the lake to Konstanz and visit the picturesque old town centre with centuries-old architecture and a famous cathedral. The Lake Constance region offers numerous great hiking and cycling routes through scenic landscapes and along the lakeshores. In winter, you can even go skiing near the charming Austrian town of Bregenz, a 26-minute drive (29 km) from Mariabrunn.



Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed. Electric cars can be charged for a fee. Smoking is not allowed. You can lock your bicycles in the carport.
