Situated in a quiet area of Eriskirch and only a short walk from Lake Constance, this maisonette offers everything you need for relaxing holidays in the scenic area. The 90 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a dining area, 2 bedrooms (one on the first floor) as well as one bathroom and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, a washing machine, cable television, a children’s bed and a highchair. The private outdoor area boasts 2 covered balconies with seating furniture. Here you will able to enjoy the sun all day long, and you can start the day with breakfast or spend the evenings with a glass of wine and home-cooked dinners. Due to the central location of the apartment, he nearest supermarket is a mere 4-minute walk (350 m) away, a bakery is only a 1-minute walk (50 m) from the apartment, while restaurants can be found after a 2-minute walk (200 m). The closest beach is an 18-minute walk or 1.5 km away, where there is also a playground for children. Friedrichshafen, a lovely town on the lake, can be reached within a 10-minute drive or in 12 minutes by train (6.7 km); the train station is 500 m or a 6-minute walk from the apartment. You can also get to Bregenz, across the Austrian border and surrounded by a wonderful panorama, within a 30-minute drive (33 km).

Pros: Sehr nette Vermieterin. Ausstattung von allen Räumen der FeWo sehr gut. Fahrräder können in der abgeschlossenen Garage untergebracht werden. Parkplatz im Hof.
Cons: Wegen der Nähe der Hauptstraße etwas Verkehrslärm.
