The guest house has a fully equipped kitchen
The guest house is for 4 ADULTS ONLY
No Pets
No Smoking
No additional friends or parties

If the property would be used for an event such as a wedding the limit to four staying in the Guest House would still be in effect.
We can provide a tent, flowers and food with excellent florist and wedding planners. Any event like this would take place at the Tank/Pond. The cost of each of these items would be separate from your cost of the Guest House

This was our second stay with Gail. It is a beautiful property that is meticulously kept. It is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I really can't say enough good things about it and the host. I highly recommend.

This is the most exquisite stay ... ever! What a lovely guest house, gorgeous property, amazing host! Came here for a quick romantic getaway in the hill country. The home is so meticulously beautiful, with even more comforts than home. I believe if you rent this property you will find that you have hit the luxury and comfort jackpot. If you’re like me and obsess over which property to book for the perfect getaway - trust in this review and book it!! You’ll be more than pleasantly surprised with the perfection and comfort of this property.We will be coming back soon, and then again after!!!
