About this resort
Two Bedroom Presidential – Special Needs: King in master bedroom, bunk beds in second, and queen sleeper sofa in living area. Condo has a gas fireplace and an outdoor barbeque grill. Special needs amenities include roll-in shower and grab bars. Maximum occupancy is 6.

If a pool is listed as an amenity, pool hours are typically 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Outdoor pools may be seasonal in colder climates, and all pools/hot tubs require occasional maintenance.
The Resort maintains a high standard through its maintenance, upgrade, and refurbishment program. As a result the unit characteristics may change from time to time and vary.
At check-in, the resort Front Desk requires a $250 security deposit HOLD on a credit or debit card for potential damages. This HOLD will be released upon departure.

So comfortable, beautifully decorated, everything we needed! Close to the recreation area, too. We loved sitting on the back patio for hours!

Property was very nice. Well maintained, clean, nicely stocked with dishes, pots, towels, etc., great patio spaces and nice views. Front desk was extremely responsive ad helpful.
Was really a nice touch to have staff onsite. Property Host was fantastic! Immediate response and attempt to resolve a slight situation was over and beyond what could be expected (sleeper sofa is in the living room and not the 2nd bedroom so just be aware of this). However, it was not a show stopper and we were able to work around it.
The area is very peaceful. Pool is nice and people, both staff and visitors were very warm and welcoming. Kerrville and Fredricksburg had just enough activities/sights (and good restaurants) to keep us busy a couple of days and allow us to rest the other days as planned,
Definitely recommend this property for a peaceful getaway.

We had a fantastic stay. The property is clean and comfortable with plenty of room for our family of four. The owner is extremely responsive and made the whole process very easy. We plan to come back every year!
