Step inside into the enormous living room with a light and breezy ambiance. There is a double sofa set, a flat-screen TV, a dining table and a display unit in this room. The kitchen has direct access to the balcony and overlooks the scenic outdoors. It is equipped with a 6-seater dining table, a cooker hob, a dishwasher, an oven, a range cooker, a fridge and a toaster.
Sleeping:
Bedroom 1: The master bedroom overlooks the greenery outside and is furnished with a large wooden wardrobe and a double bed
Bedroom 2: The flexible room has two single beds and a capacious fitted wardrobe.
The single sofa in the living room can also be used for sleeping
Bathroom
Bathroom 1: The well-kept bathroom offers views of the outdoors. It is fitted with a bathtub, a shower, a washbasin, a bidet and a WC

The apartment is located in a very peaceful location on the border of Arco, very close to Torbole, and hardly a few minutes away from the beautiful Sarca river. There is a cycling path that runs parallel to the river bank and is perfect for enjoying the scenic views. Guests can choose from a selection of restaurants located very close to the house. Torbole beach on the placid Lake Garda is easily accessible from the house and offers fantastic opportunities for canoeing, sailing and windsurfing. In fact, the region is an international hub for water sports. Equipment can be rented from nearby rental shops. The destination is a paradise for those looking for an active holiday. The region has some of the most beautiful hiking and biking trails.
The town of Arco is known for its pleasant climate, gardens and clean air. Its old town center has picturesque squares, hidden alleys, stores and bars waiting to be discovered.
The nearest bus stop is 5 minutes and the train station is 20 minutes from the house. The closest airport is about 80 kilometers from the house.

Die Lage wäre perfekt, außerhalb des Ortes, am Radweg, ca. 15 min zu Fuß zum See. Großer Garten, viel Platz in der Wohnung mit einfacher, aber meist funktionaler Ausstattung, ein Duschvorhang und -Aufhängung wäre allerdings noch eine gute Investition!
Was in der Beschreibung des Hauses nicht klar wird, ist dass die Kläranlage nur wenige Meter entfernt ist. Je nach Wetterlage (?) riecht man das! An 2 Tagen der Woche dort wollten wir nicht draußen sitzen, an den anderen Tagen konnten wir die Liegestühle im Garten genießen. Zusammen mit dem Gasgeruch im Inneren des Hauses, um den sich die Agentur gleich gekümmert hat, der aber trotzdem blieb, war der Aufenthalt tatsächlich recht eingeschränkt! Drinnen riecht es nach Gas, also dauerlüften, wenn es draußen aber auch riecht, ....?
