About this apartment rental
## The space
Rural lodging in a large typical house of the 18th century, completely independent, with a private staircase to access the entrance of the cottage. It has a large terrace (garden furniture + parasol) with a view of the pedestrianized village square, the church tower and the surrounding peaks.
With its independent entrance, an airlock makes it possible to store skis and boots in the winter season.
Arranged on two levels, the cottage includes a living room with sitting area (sofa, T.V.) and fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle.
Upstairs two double bedrooms, with exposed stone walls, wardrobe closets, office. The first bedroom overlooking the square has a 140 cm double bed. The second offers 2 80 cm beds which can be put together to make a 160 cm double bed. A Gracco could be
A large bathroom completes these 2 bedrooms with 1 sink + cupboard, 1 shower with towel dryer and WC.
For those who wish to come with bikes, a discount will be made available to secure them.
For better comfort, the house has central heating.
Possibility to rent sheets and cleaning package at the end of the stay compulsory.

the apartment is adjoining the owners' house with its independent access and its private terrace.

Really comfortable and spacious little house. Very well equipped including washing machine and dishwasher! Clean and well presented. The location is fabulous on the square by the church in a quiet (largely traffic free village) with the snowy slopes of La Meije towering above.
Only 5 minutes drive to La Grave for groceries and the telecabin. Also just a short drive to the Col du Launderette, and from there to Briancon. Many hiking trails and good access into the Ecrins wilderness.

Close to La Grave and Lautaret mountain pass, a place with all the stuff needed to enjoy your stay in the apartment, its not luxurious but is comfortable. More over, the owner is nice person and always to solves any problem
