In the hamlet of Pied du Col (2 km from Villar d'Arène and 5 km from La Grave).
Quiet, facing the Ecrins National Park
From the parking lot in front of the building,
An entrance door / window accesses the living room, separated from the 'American' kitchen by a larch bar, in the background a real buried cellar offers perfect storage of food; a toilet and a sink are nested in a corner; a wooden staircase gives access to the 1st floor where there is a bedroom (1 double bed) and the bathroom; another wooden staircase leads to the 2nd floor and its large bedroom / dormitory (2 single beds and 2 bunk beds).
Windows, French windows and roof windows generously light up the interior and let in the sun.
Benefiting from quality insulation, with an accumulator radiator, a fireplace (wood not supplied) and radiant radiators, it is very comfortable.
The view of the Ecrins National Park and the mountains of the Meije massif is perfect.
The interior equipment is complete, regularly maintained and replaced.
