I booked a room for two person and king size bed. I arrived late. Picked up key from the Drop box. The room i got had two single beds and only one was made up, only one pillow and one blanket. No staff at the hotel. I called the number by the reception, no answer. The next day I went down to the reception and explained that I had been given the wrong room. He didn't care, and said he could get me a pillow and blanket. I showed him my order and asked to be given an new room. I got a new room, packed my stuff. Went in to the new room. It had king-size bed but only one made for one person... I went down again. They guy opened up a closet and handed me a pillow, blanket and towels....terrible service.

Very helpful staff and convenient location for university. The location is a bit noisy, breakfast was very basic and not worth the price, the rooms did not get cleaned and they would only make the beds.

Our twin hotel room was very clean with a really nice shower. However it was incredibly small for two people with nowhere to leave our suitcase. It would also have really benefitted from from a coffee maker. The continental breakfast was quite good and there is ample free parking behind the hotel. Unfortunately, our room faced onto a very noisy major highway which was still very audible all night through the sound insulated windows. This meant that they could not be opened to let in cool air while sleeping.
