Hostel style self check in via key in Lockbox but facilities are better than any other hostel I've stayed at. The check in instructions are clear but I did see a lot of panicking guests struggling to figure out how to get in. Maybe better to either give people a key to the front door or move the lockbox to the side door which the key does open. Also, watch your head on the stairs. There's a sign and a warning in the email but it's still easy to forget and smash your head on the low ceiling.
