About this apartment rental
The apartment, furnished with care and love in a modern style, features two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed (160x200), a wardrobe, bedside tables, and access to the terrace. The smaller bedroom includes a double bed (140x200), a closet, and a bedside table. Bed linens are provided, and there is a weekly change.
The spacious bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin, toilet, bidet, washing machine, and hairdryer. Two towels per person are provided for the bathroom. The entrance area is furnished with a chest of drawers and a coat rack.
The bright living area includes a fully equipped kitchenette with three gas burners and one electric burner, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a kettle, a moka pot, as well as pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery. The dining area features a table with four chairs.
The living room area offers a comfortable sofa bed, air conditioning, and a flat-screen satellite TV. The apartment provides free Wi-Fi and is equipped with an iron and ironing board.
The master bedroom has access to a covered balcony furnished with a table, four chairs, and sunshades. The terrace overlooks the park and the street.
A private parking spot (number 1) is available in front of the house. The garden and barbecue area are shared.
* Pets under 10 Kg are welcome with prior notice, Supplement 20 € per pet per day, to be paid on arrival in cash( max 1 )
* Smoking is allowed on the terrace or outside, while smoking is not allowed inside.
* We kindly ask our guests:
- to respect the neighbors and to behave calmly and discretely, especially at night or during the afternoon rest,
- for safety reasons, to turn off the air conditioning and washing machine when they are not in the accommodation,
- to use the equipment of the accommodation with caution,
- to leave the containers empty and to wash the used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- to declare to the owner any damage caused, that after an accurate assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,
- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to arrange the delivery of the keys.
* The accommodation must be left free by 10.00 on the last day of stay.
* Custom transfers are possible (example: airport - accommodation, ...)
