For shared use: property 730 m2 (fenced), small garden, swimming pool (above ground) (2 x 2 m, seasonal availability: 29.Mar. - 15.Nov.). Garden furniture. In the house: internet access, trampoline, roof terrace. Available: bicycles (extra). Parking at the house on the premises. Shop, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 1.9 km, pebble beach, rocky beach 400 m. Golf course (18 hole) 8 km, tennis 500 m, riding stable 1.5 km. Swimming pool for shared use is a hot tub for 6 persons, usage possible twice a day for one hour for the apartment.

Een net schoon appartement in een rustige wijk in Umag, dichtbij het strand met privé whirlpool. Een echte aanrader voor het unieke vakantiegevoel. Enorm genoten, met de leuke oude binnenstad op loopafstand, zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Die Nachbarwohnungen in dem Haus sind sehr nahe beieinander. Wir hatten aber, mit sehr ruhigen Nachbarn großes Glück, so dass unser Urlaub erholsam war.
