The apartment is in a very central location, with a supermarket, bazaar, cafes, and restaurants all nearby, and it’s within walking distance to the lake. The space itself is quite large and comfortable, and having a kitchenette is a great added convenience.
The main downside is the positioning of the AC/heater, which blows warm air toward the kitchenette instead of the bed area, making the sleeping section feel noticeably colder.

Communication with the Host was fast and effective.
Proximity to the city center.
Parking space included in the price.
During my stay in the winter, it was a bit cold, only with the AC. But not terribly freezing.

Perfect location, close to everything, shops, markets, restaurants. A few minutes walk to the beach. Landlord was very kind, supportive and very fast response.
Good size room, comfortable bed. Car park right under the property.

Good price value and good internet
if you stay longer than 1 night I recommend booking one of the other rooms, since this apartment is on the ground floor and you can not open the window or curtain since people from the shops around make their smoking breaks in front of the window
