In exclusive Heartwell Park neighborhood, quiet serene 3/1 house and 1/1 studio, on a cul-de-sac, with parking and back yard. Long Beach STR license NRP21-00084.

This home is centrally located in a beautiful, safe, and historic neighborhood just minutes from the best California beaches, downtown Long Beach, Disneyland, and nearby Los Angeles.
Guests have the full house and separate "bonus room" (efficiency apartment), and laundry room in the garage. The bonus room has a kitchenette and full bathroom. There is space for three cars in the driveway and one on the street. Street parking is free, however, be aware of "street sweeping day" (confirm with street signs) on Friday from 8 to 12:00 noon.

The fourth bedroom is located with private access and a bonus room through the property’s backyard. The bonus room features a private studio suite with an additional bathroom and kitchenette, and a 50 inch "smart TV".
Outdoor Area & Amenities
End the day gathered in the backyard to relax in the shade, sunbathe, or grill on the outdoor grill.

Stayed at heartwell park beauty for my Mothers 90th birthday . We had family staying with us ages 93 to 9 years old and there was plenty of room for all 8 of us. Great location ! I felt very safe walking the dog in the evening . Great park just 2 short blocks away !

My family came together to celebrate my daughter’s wedding. The weather was gorgeous the home we stayed in fit us perfectly. The separate accommodations in the backyard was just what we needed. Thanks to the hosts, we felt very comfortable. We would stay here again.
