For discounts pease feel free to call Selina at 562-431-6824. Our 1300 sq ft house sits on a corner lot in a family friendly neighborhood. The house is light and bright with a comfortable seating arrangement, centered around the 65" smart TV with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime. WiFi is included. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom with dual showerheads. Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and Bedroom #3 has 2 twin size beds. The 2nd bathroom has two sinks, a shower and tub. The backyard has a BBQ and outdoor furniture for al fresco dining. The property is in Lakewood which is centrally located in the middle of several freeways (91, 105, 405, 605) giving you easy access to the beach, Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, and all the entertainment that Los Angeles has to offer.

House was in a great location! We were very pleased. Owner is very proud of her home. Wants to address anything right away. Our grandsons lived the back yard. She has a mini crib, high chair and play pin which was really great for our babies! Definitely would rent again!

Selina was absolutely awesome. From the moment we put in for the house to the minute we checked out her communication with us was top notch. The day we landed she checked in to make sure we had a safe travel and checked in on us the day we departed. Her home is absolutely beautiful. Location was perfect for where we had to go and the neighborhood was very family friendly. I recommend this house to anyone looking to get away. Very good for a family with small children or a family with older kids. Thank you so much Selina. We will definitely want to come back.

The location is excellent. The home was cozy and felt like a home! A 20 minute drive to Disneyland and a 20 minute drive to the beach. We all Loved the backyard.

It was a good value over all especially for a family. The living room/dining room was clean and comfortable, as well as the bedrooms. The kitchen area needed a deep cleaning including the inside of the cupboards and the vent over the stove. Dinner plates and glassware were in short supply.
