L’emplacement était très agréable car il était proche de tout (McDo, Monoprix,magasin type Zara , celio, pull and bear, château de Caen..)
La vue était vraiment jolie , c’était très cozy très tranquille

La personne chargée de nous accueillir a été ponctuelle et agréable. Elle nous a fourni toutes les explications dont nous pouvions avoir besoin. Le studio est très propre.
Une fois passé facilement les deux premiers étages dans un bel escalier agréable, arrivent les marches qui mènent aux anciennes chambres de bonnes de cette belle maison bourgeoise. Elles sont particulièrement pénibles à gravir sauf à être jeune et alerte. Autant le savoir avant de réserver si vous éprouvez certaines difficultés. Les photos du studio sont particulièrement bien prises, nous avons été un peu déçu à l'arrivée, d'autant que nous arrivions le 31 décembre pour 3 jours et qu'aucun effort de déco en cette période de l'année n'avait été fait dans la location.
