Tutto oltre le mie aspettative, dall'accoglienza alla camera. Valentina è un host eccellente, disponibile h24, solare e molto accogliente. La camera pulita e profumata, tutto ben curato nei minimi dettagli. La struttura ha una posizione fantastica per chi ama viaggiare in treno, poiché si trova a soli 3 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale ed é ben servita da mezzi di trasporto e servizi di prima necessità. Valentina ha saputo consigliarmi degli ottimi locali dove fare colazione e cenare.
Assolutamente da consigliare! Ci tornerò sicuramente prestissimo!

Location is perfect. A literal 2 min walk to the train station and another 2 min walk to the main walking street where the restaurants are. Since you can't swim in La Spezia, you don't need to be near the port.
The apartment is newly renovated and extremely clean. The a/c cools down the apartment quickly.
Tea and coffee are provided.
I did not notice the Check out time is from 07:00- 9:00am no exceptions. This is the first ever "hotel" we stayed at that had a check out time this early without exception. It really put us under pressure our last morning. Especially since Valentina was standing outside the door at 8:50. When I asked her why, the answer was because other guests are coming. Which is strange because check-in is at 15:00 (she made an exception for us and let us check-in at 14:00) But like I told her: Her apartment, her rules. Again, this is in the listing, but who actually reads the whole listing incl. checkout times? Normal is 11:00.
Also the fact that they actually wait for you to leave in order to clean in the AM. I understand that they also need to plan their day, but we stay at your b&b because we are on vacation. I don't like getting a text at 10:00 saying now it time for us to leave the room because of cleaning. I mean, towel changing is enough, I don't think the apartment needs to be scrubbed down everyday.
I could tell she was agitated. I'm on vacation, I don't want to feel as though my time schedule is under your scrutiny. When I work, I get up at 5:00, when I'm on vacation, I don't owe anyone a explanation for when I leave my room.
Because of the issue above, I asked her the second day just not to clean, and we will swap out the old towels for new ones. She entered the room anyways after, I could tell because all the garbage cans were empty. We had some watermelon. WHo knows, maybe she has had some bad experiences, but you kind of feel like you are being scrutinized and judged if that makes any sense.
