Brilliant apartment - spacious, well laid out and fully equipped - it's hard to see how it would even need to be better. The location and views across Fistral are superb. We loved everything about it.

The property was amazing, so luxurious, clean and spacious and the views were incredible. The location was right on the beach it was a bit of a walk from the town but overall the stay was wonderful and we will definitely be back.
The lift was broken so that made it a difficult to get luggage up and down. Also we had an older gentleman in our group and while he was fine with the stairs he found it uncomfortable going up them by the end of our stay. The underfloor heating seemed a bit temperamental so one of the bedrooms was very warm so the windows needed to be kept open all the time, but that meant we could hear the lovely sounds of the sea

the view was amazing, the location was very close to all what I love about Newquay.
the heating system took a bit of getting used to as some nights were cold as the windows let in a bit of a draft as if they are not sealed properly. the double bed was not the most comfortable one, I felt like I was sleeping on a sofa cushion or a futon….
