Ivy Cottage offers a kitchen/diner with an electric oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and a dining area, a sitting room with an electric fire and Smart TV, and a conservatory. The bedrooms include a double with a balcony and a 2'6 twin that can be arranged as a king size on request, serviced by a bathroom with a bath and walk in shower. Outside, there is a courtyard garden with gravel and furniture and designated off-road parking for two cars. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, and smoking is not permitted. A shop and pub are 1.6 miles away. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included. Ivy Cottage is a lovely retreat for exploring Abergele and the wider Conwy area. Note: There is a beam in the bathroom which requires care. Note: There is a Housekeeping Bond of 200 GBP.

Town: The pleasant seaside town of Abergele stands on the lovely North Wales coastline and is ideally positioned between the stunning Vale of Clwyd and the lovely Conwy Valley. Renowned for the impressive Gwrych Castle which overlooks the town, and its enormous sandy beach, the whole area offers safe bathing waters and excellent watersports facilities. There is also a coastal cycle path which runs along the Abergele seafront, and for walking enthusiasts, the Offa's Dyke pathway, the Clwydian Hill Range and beautiful Betws-y-Coed known as the "Gateway to Snowdonia" are all nearby. The beautiful castles of Rhuddlan, Bodelwyddan, Conwy and Caernarfon are not to be missed, and the delightful award-winning Victorian town of Llandudno, offering quality shops, restaurants, a fantastic dry ski slope and exciting cable car rides over the Great Orme, is within easy driving distance. There is plenty to do in this wonderful region at any time of the year!
