About this house rental
The 200 sqm villa "Casa el Impero" with its unique outdoor area with terrace and pool offers space for 6 people on its two floors. It is located one hour drive from Marbella, in one of the most beautiful mountain villages of Andalusia, in Gaucín. The villa is luxuriously furnished and has a living/dining room with fireplace and cable TV as well as a large kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, mixer and microwave. The 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a guest toilet offer enough space for the whole family. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and fans; a cot and high chair are available on request. The absolute highlight is the pool area with a large terrace, a dining table and a grill. Here you can spend a relaxing summer's day on the comfortable sun loungers with beautiful mountain views. The sunsets in the evening are spectacular. Numerous shopping facilities and restaurants are located in the centre of Gaucín, which is only 500 m away (approx. 6 minutes walk). There is also a petrol station nearby. The medieval castle Castillo del Águila can be reached in about 15 minutes (1,2 km). The Costa del Sol is only 30 km away.
Public parking spaces are located in the street in front of the villa (these spaces are not assigned). Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed. There are stairs in the property.

Todella siisti talo ja kaikki tarvittavat astiat, lakanat, pyyhkeet, tms. puhtaita ja hyvässä kunnossa. Kiva uima-allas mielettömän upealla näköalalla! Yhteydenpito välittäjän kanssa nopeaa, mutkatonta ja ystävällistä kielimuurista huolimatta. Talon sijainti kylässä hyvä, ja koko kylä oli autenttisen ja mukavan oloinen paikka.
