The guest house is located on the site of former brickworks, which produced bricks until the end of the 19th Century. It is situated amid the characteristic and impressive landscape of the Maremma Toscana in the town of Castiglione della Pescaia. You can reach the beach of Bivio delle Rocchette, only approximately 1 km away. This beach offers both gravel and sand, and can vie with the beauty of the Costa Smerelda thanks to its crystal clear sea.
The holiday home has four separate apartments, three of which have direct access to the green, sunny garden. All apartments are furnished with great care and attention to detail, and combine style, functionality and aesthetics together. The wooden beams and sloping ceilings characterise the apartments and give them a pleasant, homely atmosphere. The partly antique furniture creates a picture of elegance and serenity.
The beautiful garden terrace is ideal for relaxing on during clear summer days and to get some sun.

This lovely holiday flat offers approximately 35 square metres of living space and is located on the first floor. The flat is accessed via a beautiful staircase that leads to a small veranda with a view of the surrounding countryside. The flat consists of a living room with an open kitchen equipped with a 4-burner electric cooker. Here you will also find a dining area with colour TV. The flat also includes a bedroom with a wrought-iron double bed and antique furniture, as well as a bathroom with shower. The flat features terracotta floors and exposed beams on the ceiling, and from the terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view of the famous Roccamare pine forest.
