The Cottage is an elegant apartment within a seaside villa, surrounded by greenery. The house lies in the ‘Golfo delle Grotte’, with a suggestive view of Portoferraio and its Medici Fortresses and a few steps from the archaeological site of an ancient Roman villa. Guests have the possibility to use the 13x6 swimming pool of the manor house, with access at fixed times 09-13 and 16-19.30 (Pool open from 15/04 to 15/10). From the nearby little beach, a jetty allows the mooring of small boats. In the gulf there are two sailing schools and a path, the Cammino della Rada which allows you to take pleasant walks along the coast and walk as far as the Tenuta della Chiusa and Borgo di Magazzini. The Cottage is ideal for families, or a group of friends, who love the sea and the comfort and outdoor life during the holidays.

Es war wirklich wunderschön auf dem Grundstück und auch die FeWo war sauber und liebevoll ausgestattet.
Enttäuschung gab es nur, da es in der Beschreibung hieß, dass das zweite Zimmer durch einen Flur/ Hausgang getrennt ist. Wir dachten dieser wäre innenliegend. So hätten wir es aus der Beschreibung herausgelesen.
War er aber nicht sondern man musste nach draußen und um die Ecke am Haus. Also aufgepasst!!!
Für Eltern von Teenagern oder älteren Kindern total perfekt da es getrennte Bereiche gibt aber für unsere jüngeren Kinder nicht ideal. Unsere Jüngste fand das beängstigend. Daher haben wir das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer umfunktioniert und das Zimmer blieb leer. Schade aber kein Weltuntergang.
