We were a group of 16 sibling seniors. The house was perfect for us. The space was ideal, bed and bathrooms perfect. The bathroom with the walk in tub/shower was perfect, as we had one attendee in a walker.The choice of activities was endless. Seth was extremely helpful with communication and quick to respond. Highly recommend.

For an extended large family group that likes to be near water it is ideal. We have stayed before and will stay again. And there is so much to do at the property itself. We love it.

The owners thought of everything: kayaks, life vests, paddles, towels for the dock, towels for the hot tub. There were 2 microwaves and 2 laundry rooms with beautiful washers and dryers. Lots of dining spaces (there were 16 of us), and lots of dishes, bowls and utensils. Pots, pans, blenders, coffee pots, griddles. Bedrooms were lovely. Swings and other outdoor activities were on the property. My grands loved the private gym, with basketball and pickleball courts, ping pong, pool table, foosball, exercise equipment. It was a lovely stay.

The house could not sleep the posted amount. At the most comfortably it could sleep 18.
The outside was under renovation, so had no place for kids to play and potential areas to play were taped off to stay out. Advertised badminton could not be played because grassy area was taped off and rest of area was trashy because of construction.
Fire pit was not as advertised.
Parking was restricted without advance notice.
Doc to swim and boat from was across a road with speeding cars, so crossing for children was scary at times.
Water toys like kayaks and paddle boards had to be hauled about a 100 yards down and back up a steep ramp every day - not easy to do for older adults or smaller children of which we had both.
Hot tub wouldn't get hot.
Ping pong table was warped so useless.
