Location and comfort are everything and this place has it all! Breathtaking views of the lagoon, mountains, and the ocean depending on which way you look from this perfectly-located high-rise condo. It has everything you're looking for and more! Whether you are visiting family, working nearby, or a romantic getaway, you will have so much at your fingertips and feel right at home. (Note: Brooke's Vacation Rentals has been providing exceptional experiences in Marina del Rey, CA for 16 years and do have other properties in the complex--1, 2 and 3 bd condos--if your group needs another place). This unit comes with an assigned, secure and covered parking place right next to the elevator making it very convenient.
In your "backyard" you will find Mother's Beach, Venice Beach, great restaurants, bike and equipment rentals, and shops all within walking distance and a short drive to Santa Monica (Santa Monica pier, third street promenade, plus lots of great dining and shopping) Malibu, Beverly Hills, Hollywood, Downtown LA, and LAX airport. This central location is a great place to stay for your entire time or venture out throughout the LA area for work, visiting friends, shopping, dining at one-of-a-kind restaurants, and so much more.
Located in the sought-after location of Marina Del Rey, CA and Venice Beach within walking distance, you will find our luxurious and upscale high-rise condos in a fantastic community with someone. The amenities in the building include three heated pools, a salon, daytime café and evening restaurant, full bar, laundry facilities, Postal Service, convenience store, room service, and for an small extra charge: private tennis club, racquetball courts, very large gym with free weights machines, aerobics, steam rooms, saunas, massages, and Jacuzzis. If available, the owner would be happy to take you for a tour on his boat that is parked down at the marina.
The bright and beachy condo is fully remodeled with gorgeous wood floors throughout the entire house. Floor-to-ceiling windows span the entire living room hallway, and bedroom providing you spectacular views from the moment you wake up until you go to sleep. You may choose to lounge on the outdoor furniture in the very large balcony/patio to take in all the great views. Quartz countertops with a waterfall edge, beautiful white custom cabinets with rose gold hardware and appliances create a welcoming, upscale and fully-equipped kitchen open for you to entertain, make your favorite meals, or just reheat some restaurant leftovers from many of the great. The restaurants in the complex provide room service as well.
The condo is high-tech with lots of extra outlets, usb charger in office/vanity area, nightstands, bathroom drawer, and breakfast bar, color changing lighting and mirror Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom, wifi internet and sonos speaker. The comfy bedroom is beautifully decorated, provide a cozy night's rest with comfortable queen-sized bed as well as a memory foam pull out queen in living room (it's not your average uncomfortable pull-out bed!), black out drapes, and luxurious linens with lots of pillows. For those of you that want the views and location and not the sounds of the city, we have a water fountain, sleep machine sound maker and earplugs available to provided extra quiet and comfort during your stay.

This is a wonderful property located on the Marina. Very clean and up to date. Comfortable with a nice outdoor space room size. Floor to ceiling windows in the bedroom and living room give an amazing view of LA from the ocean inland almost to downtown, and the mountains across the LA basin. Great sunsets and the lights of LA at night. Great location and the parking spot is next to the elevator. Owner was very helpful and available to take care of any issues.

The host, Brooke, is very communicative and easily reachable. She made sure that we had all the amenities we needed and was quick to fix any issues during our month long stay. And for two remote workers, the internet worked well during our day of Zoom calls.
The building is older than the updated apartment, which can be confusing at first but the overall property is well kept and it is a great community. We felt welcomed throughout our entire stay both from Brooke and the other residents.
