Villa with pool and garden located in the hilly, residential area of Recco (Genoa).
The villa consists of two apartments: A and B.
Apartment A is approximately 200 square meters on two levels and features a kitchen, living room with large bathroom and washing machine, and three bedrooms with three bathrooms. One of the three bathrooms has a Jacuzzi tub. Sleeps 8 in the three bedrooms (6 + 2 in bunk beds) and 4 on Ikea sofa beds in the living room. Sleeps 10 in total.

Apartment B is approximately 100 square meters with two bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room, terrace, and garden.
Sleeps 5 in the two bedrooms and 5 on sofa beds in the living room. Sleeps 10 in total.
Garden approximately 3,000 square meters.
Woodland approximately 7,000 square meters.
Parking for six to ten cars.
Private pool.
Wifi.
Construction of the villa began in 1983 and was intended for the owner's family.
It is in a sunny and panoramic location.
Ideal for spending days in complete relaxation, away from prying eyes.
Conveniently arranged, it is easily accessible by car and offers parking near the apartments.
The parking lot can accommodate up to ten cars.
There are only eight steps from the parking lot to the living room of Apartment A.
Each level of the villa has its own large terrace and leads to the terraced garden covered with olive trees.
The view of the sea and the small town of Recco is available from every room and every terrace.
Due to its location, the villa enjoys constant ventilation, cooled by the passage of air through the oak forest below.
On hot, sunny days, the silence is broken by the sounds of nature and the chirping of cicadas.

La casa è molto semplice ma molto accogliente e dotata di tutto il necessario. Gli spazi esterni sono vasti e permettono di godersi momenti di vero relax. I proprietari sono molto accoglienti e disponibili, pronti ad aiutare e intervenire in caso di bisogno.
