Lovely quaint quirky tudor cottage with modern comforts. Perfect location in centre of upton on seven. Friendly pubs, cafes & shops on the doorstep. Car parks a short walk away £12 for a week !

Would have been nice to see a welcome sheet with information about the property & its history. Also info on Upton and surrounding areas.

Such a lovely old property, perfect size for a party of 5. Great location to restaurants, pubs and convenience shops.

The shower wasn’t the best. Either boiling hot or freezing cold with a very short window of ok temperature.

The location was great - right in the town centre and close to everything. It was clean and there was no problem accessing the property and communication from the owner was great. It’s in a very old building with lots of sloping floors but we didn’t mind that.

It was very dated with too many “Knick knacks” about so it felt cluttered. It had a musty smell when we walked in (although this improved by opening the windows). The hot tap didn’t work in the toilet, there was no extractor fan meaning cooking smells went through the whole place, there were only 4 forks (there were 5 of us and it sleeps 6), there was no dishwasher but there were 2 fridges, there was no lamp in the lounge (only the bright overhead light) and the lighting throughout was dated. Although the bathroom had been modernised, I would advise that anyone tall would have difficulty using the over bath shower comfortably as the sloping ceiling is very low and close to your head.
