How clean and tidy it was and very welcoming , food was great room was huge

Amazing warm greeting from staff. Evening meal also very good. Facilities excellent. I travel a fair amount but this was probably the most helpful staff I have ever met! Especially Liv.
Apartment appeared to have been recently refurbished to a high standard. Bed settee was good quality and comfortable. Lovely hot shower. Heating easy to manage. Wish we could have stayed longer.
All facilities provided such as washing machine, fridge, freezer, cooker ect. Free wifi which was easy to link up to. TV with additional extras.
Empty freezer was noisy and loud also constantly running.
Toilet lid was cracked.

Great decor, lots of space, right above a pub!
Right near a canal and good walks
Shower was (very!) hot and unable to turn it down. Could do with some air con or a fan as it was very hot and hard to keep windows open with being near a canal and lots of bugs about!
