Capo perla beach, with its spectacular view of the seventeenth-century lighthouse of Forte Focardo, can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The property is located in a protected area of the island for an immersive experience in contact with nature. Straccoligno beach is also a short distance away. Normally being less crowded beaches, they are perfect for those who love tranquility and are interesting points for snorkeling or underwater fishing.

The villa is about 150 square meters large and is completely independent; it is spread over one level, has four bedrooms with air conditioning, for a total of 8 beds, the master bedroom has a bathroom with shower, another bathroom with tub completes the house; the large and bright living area opens onto the vast magnolia garden.

- deposit (mandatory): 500.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
