An ideal place to rest and be in harmony with nature.
The villa has an outdoor SPA pool, from May to October with warm water, 6 seats each with different jets, also ideal in autumn and spring. Outside there is a large pavement where you can eat and relax in the shade of a hundred-year-old mulberry tree. The garden furniture consists of: parasol, green resin table with chairs, gazebo with sofa and outdoor armchairs.
Independent house immersed in the Marche countryside with a wide view where you can admire the medieval towns of Mondolfo, San Costanzo and the small village of Stacciola. In the valley below is a small lake in the midst of greenery while further on is a pine forest with the Sanctuary of the Madonna delle Grotte. The sandy beaches of Torrette and Marotta are only 6 km away.
- First floor: double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe, bedroom with French bed, utility room and bathroom with shower. All windows and French doors are fitted with mosquito nets Air conditioning in the rooms.
The garden furniture consists of: sun umbrella, green resin table with chairs, gazebo with sofa and outdoor armchairs. All guests will be given, in addition to a small welcome gift, discount vouchers for lunch at the restaurant "I 7 archi" located just 3 km from the villa on an enchanting panoramic road, and 10% discount restaurant La grotta di Tufo, located in the tiny village of Stacciola.
