1. Location is perfect for those who enjoy remoteness. At the same time, a walking bridge across the river brings you to the town within minutes.
2. The area is well designed and cozy.
3. Timber is available for the BBQ and for the fireplace inside.
4. Table tennis in a good state on the territory.
5. Vintage furniture and agricultural items add charm to the place.
6. Beds are comfortable, bedding is clean.
7. Heating system is efficient.
8. Kitchen is equipped with all necessary for cooking.
9. Plenty of space for parking.
10. Friendly, supportive, open-minded host. Met us at midnight for check in with no problem, answered all questions, advised about local places of interest.
1. Water pressure could have been better, although it wasn't too bad, just slight discomfort. Shower works satisfactory.
2. A couple of small ants were found daily in the double bed. Might be because of the early tourist season, hope they will be taken care of for the next visitors.
3. The fireplace was somewhat smokey. The valve in the chimney could be shut any moment by a wind gust causing smoke redirection inside the room. The valve may require maintenance and the chimney may need cleaning. However, likely the fireplace is irrelevant during summer season.
4. Internet connection was very weak and unstable, and totally absent during last 2 days of stay.

De Woning ligt op een berg in Acqualagna/Cagli en heet " LE RIPE " met een mooie rode poort als inrit die met scherpe bochtjes omhoog gaat (handig om te vermelden want scheelt je wat zoeken naar de ingang voorzien van naam Large Holiday Home)
Wij werden vriendelijk ontvangen door Thomas (spreekt goed Engels) en Ivo.
Het huis was schoon en voorzien van alle benodigheden, koelkast,kookvoorziening en magnetron etc etc. Het is een mooie omgeving!
Leuk terras aan de voorzijde en mooi uitzicht. Speeltoestel voor kleine kinderen aanwezig.
Schoon zwembad en Thomas reinigt hem elke ochtend.Wij hebben ons prima vermaakt en zouden dit huis zo weer opnieuw boeken!
Goed om te weten ; Er staat Large Holiday home maar eigenlijk is het een huis opgedeeld in twee verblijven en een derde verblijf los in een huisje op het terrein. Je deelt de locatie dus met 2 andere "boekers". Ieder heeft wel zijn eigen verblijf/terras en een eigen partytent bij het zwembad met ligbedden etc. Onze gedeelte van het huis (uitzicht naar de berg, foto 1) was dan ook ruim genoeg met 2 slaapkamers en hebben totaal geen last gehad van onze "buren".
De buren zaten dan aan de achterkant van de woning (daar heb je niet echt vrij een uitzicht en kijk je uit op de parkeerplaats en zit je wat lager naar beneden(foto 4 ) Als wij in dat appartement hadden gezeten was het voor ons denk ik wel een tegenvaller geweest qua uitzicht, maar in dit geval was het bij ons prima!
Oja en één van de katten heeft genoten van een heerlijke Biefstuk op de eerste dag ;) (zonder toestemming mee genomen tijdens het tafel dekken haha, dus tip blijf ten alle tijden bij je eten anders is het binnen 10 sec weg ;)

Perfect location and place to stay with family. Amazing mountain view from garden, nice pool where to swim on early mornings and start Your day. Super responsiv host, who can give You perfect tips and suggestions what to do and see in this area. We will definetly be back there.
