Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cette superbe maison. Beaucoup d'équipements, une vue a couper le souffle, je me suis baigné dans la piscine chauffé ( on était début mars) et nous avons pu profiter du jaccuzzi tous les jours. Merci a leonne, tristan et vincent pour leur réactivité et leur accueil chaleureux. Un pur bonheur.

Amazing villa. It has a great mix of modern and traditional feel. Yes the views are stunning. The location is good. But the most important bit is that this villa literally has everything you will need and more. Every kitchen gadget, every appliance, pool items, basic cooking ingredients, tons of oven ware pans etc. Even bin bags, greaseproof lol. The lower floor storage has more items than IKEA. The rooms have a good layout with most bedrooms having 2 single beds, top floor has 2 doubles and one of the lower ground ones even has a corner sofa. 2 bbq gas and coal - the outdoor area is fullyequipped- pool table and a bar- what more do you need- the seating area from the lounge was our favourite chill out area on an evening.
The sun didn't reach the garden area until about 10 am. Fine if you rise late and still in to just sit on the veranda until it did.
The hill - is a winding trek up and down- I'm definitely not fit bit in could manage it - just not with the 12 shopping bags. Thank goodness for uber and online shopping- which actuality arrived in the back of a scooter that came back and forth 6 times lol

Amazing views , very private, comfy beds , great big pool even with 8 people. 3 BBQs and a fully equipped kitchen, more than enough cutlery, pots , pans , cookware, etc.
Super spacious, we had a group of 8 people, and all had so much space , Had use of the bbq 4 times over the 8 nights , plenty of fridge space for drinks and food.
Local shops 5 mins away by car and a Lidl supermarket even closer.
Walking distance to many restaurants, beach bars.
Easy enough to order ubers.
Great garden space, felt very private because it's on the top of the hill so no one is looking down on you.
Great AC in all of the villa , always had hot running water and filtered drinking water in kitchen.
Plenty of places to sit down to have a meal or relax with a coffee in the morning on the middle balcony.
Lit up lovely at night time with all the lights.
Lenonne was so nice , very welcoming when we 1st arrived, showed us all around the villa from the PlayStation to the Pool, how to work everything and always made sure we knew that she was only a text or phone call away if we needed anything.
Thanks again for having us stay Leonne, would love to come back in the future.
I didn't dislike anything, but if I was to be extremely picky, I would say in the downstairs shower , the shower head is slightly broken and leaks spraying water in different directions and the same shower , there's a shower curtain which looks like its seen better days.
The pool table may have seen better days also, but again, that's just me being picky.
Honestly, the villa is perfect , amazing place and very modern.

Sehr freundliche jederzeit zu erreichende Gastgeber und angenehme Kommunikation im voraus der Buchung. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe bei der Hausübergabe. Schöne Aussicht auf die Bucht von Benamaldena. Größe des Hauses.
Insgesamt ist das Preis Leistungsverhältnis nicht zufriedenstellend. Keine Sonnenschirme vorhanden. Es reicht nicht die Aussage die auf dem Grundstück vorhandene Palme als Sonnenschutz zu nutzen! Keine Polsterauflagen auf den Plastikliegen am Pool. Gesamte Sauberkeit des Hauses entsprach nicht unseren Anforderungen. Fenster sollten mal gereinigt werden. Spinnweben usw.? Equipment (Grill´s) komplett durchgerostet und Möbel schon in die Jahre gekommen. Wirre Anzahl von Küchenutensilien. Hier sollte mal aussortiert werden. Matratzen sehr hart und einfach. Nicht jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad!! Dies sollte bei Gruppenbuchungen berücksichtigt werden.
