The house is in a very quiet location and is ideal for relaxing and enjoying your holiday to the full.
In the upper outdoor area you will find two large terraces that are exclusively for your use. The private pool (21 m²), also on the lower level, offers a sunbathing area (approx. 100 m²) with sun loungers. There is also a barbecue for your exclusive use. The view of the sea and the islands of Hvar and Brac is wonderful. Parking is available on the property.
The house has a large bedroom on the ground floor, a large living room with adjoining kitchen and two bathrooms with shower and WC. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, coffee machine, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. On the upper floor there are four bedrooms for two people each and two bathrooms with shower and WC. All bedrooms have a double bed with a width of 1.60 metres and a length of 2.00 metres. There are several TVs with cable TV (Croatian TV) and satellite TV on two satellites (all the usual German, English, French channels and more). Air conditioning and WLAN are available throughout the house. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in a special laundry room.
The distance to the beach is 1.5 km. Makarska and the surrounding area offer many cultural, sports, fishing and nightlife opportunities.
The landlords live on the top floor of the house. The owners can provide fans on request.
