Very nice view to the sea and the mountain. The apartment big enough for a family (7 persons) with equipped kitchen. Has a clean pool. Generally the whole apartment new and clean. In the hotel there is an elevator and by this easy to get your accomodation.
The aparment a little bit high form the coast, so may be you should use the car to go to the sea.

The apartments are immaculate with a good size pool and plenty sun beds. Mario is a generous happy host.
Unfortunately the apartments are a little bit out of the centre of Makarska and up an extremely steep hill. Fine going down to the resort but unless extremely fit I would recommend paying for a taxi which are plentiful in the resort.

The apartment was spacious and our four person family had a big room with a great view on the third floor. We especially liked the modern kitchen so we could prepare food for ourselves the times we didn't want to eat out. There is a big Konzum-store just a couple of streets up from the hotel. The cleanliness was top notch and the host Mario was readily available if one would've needed help with anything. The pool area was great and the kids loved it. Then hotel is in a calm neighborhood and you get a glimpse of the local way of life in a way that you wouldn't get at a hotel by the beach.
We didn't find anything we disliked. We have been to Makarska before so we knew that the town and the hotel is built on a hillside so there's a bit of a climb or downhill to access the beach and the strip. Be aware of that if you have trouble walking and don't have a car. It is what it is and it gives a great view from the rooms on the upper floors.
