Nicely renovated building, working AC, amazing view from the rooftop and everything worth seeing is literally a few minutes by walk, perfect for friend groups or 2 couples.

We rented the whole apartment, but only got keys for one tiny bathroom on the second floor, which was really uncomfortable for 6 people. Generally the place was clean, but we noticed stains on some of the sheets, also it was a bit dusty here and there. But for the price, I guess it's okay.
