About this house rental

Ideally located at 100 m from the harbour, its restaurants and bars, this 120m² house will comfortably accomodate up to 8 guests. The garden and the wooden deck are facing South West, thus offering enjoyable sunny days and evenings. A large living room with 2 sofas and TV (160 channels), 3 King Size Bed Rooms, one having its own bathroom, 1 mezzanine equipped with 2 single beds, fully equipped kitchen... A little boat crosses the ODET river from Sainte Marine to Benodet every 30 min. All confort you need to enjoy your holiday in Brittany!

Lovely property ideally situated for visiting this beautiful area of Brittany . David the host was easily contactable . The house was very clean and well equipped. A small supermarket round the corner , a boulangerie and deli within 5 mins walk and a little market on Wednesday’s . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider visiting David’s property again .

Excellent property close to the harbour and restaurants. The house was very comfortable with a lovely emclosed court yard garden. Highly recommended.

We spent three weeks in this beautiful town house in Sainte-Marine. There was not one thing we missed and David was a great host; we found a bottle of champagne in the fridge. If we can we would return every year! Thank you so much Dave & Catherine for having us.
