About this house rental
Come and enjoy, as a couple or family, this pretty 120 m² house completely renovated in 2019. Ideally located in a quiet street 150 m from the Teven beach. On the ground floor you will find a large living room with fitted kitchen, fully equipped and open to a living room with fireplace in which a large sofa will accommodate your whole family, a bathroom and a separate toilet and a garage. attached. Upstairs a hallway leads to four spacious bedrooms with storage space, a bathroom / WC. Outside you can enjoy a large south-facing terrace and a fully enclosed garden. A greenway will allow you to access on foot or by bike to the small port of L'ile Tudy on which you can eat as you wish. At 300 m from the house you will find a mini-market with fresh bread and pastries for breakfast, small food and decor, for a wider choice I recommend the Super U which is five minutes by car. You will find in this pretty town a large choice of activities, nautical center (sailing, kayak, paddle ...), swimming lessons, tennis, minigolf, horse riding, fest noz, market, swimming pool (less than 10 min), surfers will find at La Torche (20min) a great spot.

Get familiar with Ile-Tudy beforehand. One depot de pains but sufficient. Nice little restaurants but quickly filled up in high season. Georgues sun downers over the Etang. To do some sailing and surfing or learn it, no problem. Shopping mall = no, loud beach clubs = no, cafe de la plage = spot incontournable a Ile Tudy; in summer nice small evenings events by local community. Overall it is a special place
