L'emplacement est parfait. La résidence est bien entretenue. Le parking est tres pratique. Le balcon est idéal pour un café le matin
Le lit principal n'est pas dans une chambre séparée mais dans la salle de séjour (dans l'armoire)

L’établissement est situé proche de toute commodité, mais surtout d’une super plage avec une vue et un accès au lac direct, ainsi que proche de toutes les choses à voir et à faire à Annecy. Les environs sont vraiment très chouette. Le balcon avec vue sur lac verrait plus ça doit être encore plus agréable en été. Les propriétaires nous ont laissé une petite attention pour ma maman qui fêter son anniversaire. On a vraiment beaucoup apprécié et également une super d’accueil Indra qui était de bons conseils pour nous guider vers des lieux sympa à faire.
