You will stay in a fully furnished and equipped apartment in the heart of Paris.
This typically Parisian apartment will offer you warm and luxurious hotel-like comfort while giving you the feeling of being at home, offering a real experience of living in Paris like a Parisian.
The apartment's amenities include a Nespresso coffee machine, high-speed WIFI Internet connection, linens and towels as well as high-end bedding and much more!
The apartment is ideally located in the pedestrian area of Montorgueil, a favorite district of Parisians with many restaurants, cafes and shops. It is located a few minutes walk from the Louvre Museum and a large number of famous monuments are nearby.
This apartment is located on the 1st floor. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an equipped kitchen, a dining room and a large living room where you can meet comfortably. You will be charmed by its Parisian character.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, a combined microwave oven, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, and a washer-dryer.
The dining area has a dining table for 10 and the living room has two comfortable sofas, a coffee table and a flat screen TV.

We will personally welcome you and show you around the apartment, making sure you immediately feel like at home.
Our check-in agent will take the necessary time with you so you feel comfortable knowing how to get around, where and how to get to popular landmarks and happily give you tips about some of our secret and favorite places.
You will also be able to easily reach us throughout your stay if need be.
Note: A 30€ fee applies for late arrivals between 20:00 and 22:00 (on request only). Standard arrival hours are from 15:00 to 20:00.

HOUSE RULES

The apartment is located in a residential building. Neighbors are expecting that the tranquility in and around the building is respected and noise kept to a reasonable level not only at night but also during the day. Parties are therefore strictly prohibited.
A deposit by bank card print (there’s no charge, no fee) will be required at check-in to cover for the costs associated with an eventual violation of our House Rules. This deposit will be returned to you 48 hours after your departure/check-out if no serious incident has occurred.

The host was very professional, available and helpful. The apartment is in the heart of Paris, near Les Halles. Very convenient to the Metro, shops, restaurants, etc.

This was an excellent home base for our family of children, a teen, and adults to stay for a week exploring Paris. We loved the nearby pedestrian street with shops and sidewalk cafes. We were able to walk most places or easily catch the metro at Sentier. It had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We had a wonderful time!

Spacious apartment located is a great neighborhood full of restaurants, boulangeries, patisseries, grocery stores, etc. Close to the Metro and an easy walk to the Louvre. Communication with the manager via WhatsApp was fantastic.

My wife and I plus our three kids and their significant others spent two nights at this apartment during May 2025. The apartment is very well located, close to a lot of charming restaurants and bars and close to the local Metro station.A few small quibbles - all the beds are full, not queen or king, so all were a little small for each couple and none of the bathrooms/half baths are en suite. Overall we thought it did not look as good as the photographs. Check in and check out were efficient and communication was okay.
