Just a stone's throw away from the lively city of Dresden, our holiday flat offers the ideal starting point for adventures in every season. Whether you're a winter sports enthusiast, prefer summer hikes or just want to relax in the tranquil atmosphere of nature, our guesthouse is the perfect place for up to 5 people looking for a budget-friendly, yet memorable getaway.
Inside the flat, which was built in 2000 and measures approximately 45 square metres, guests will find everything they need for a comfortable stay. The clever layout, with living and sleeping areas on two levels, offers plenty of space and privacy for all guests. Two guests can sleep in the living room downstairs, while the separate bedroom upstairs offers space for three more people. The interior is complemented by a practically equipped mini-kitchen including a fridge, hotplates and a selection of kitchen utensils. A coffee machine and kettle are also available to sweeten your morning routine. A bathroom with shower and WC and the provision of bed linen and towels are also included as standard.
The outdoor area invites you to linger: Enjoy the peace and beauty of the surrounding countryside from the balcony or terrace. Both offer a pleasant place for morning coffee rituals or relaxing hours with a good book. While the owners live discreetly on the same property, your privacy is always guaranteed so that you can enjoy the natural surroundings undisturbed.
The location of our holiday flat is ideal for nature and sports enthusiasts. A short walk will take you to the local attractions and leisure facilities: Whether it's the beach, the lake, ski slopes or ski schools - all are only about 5 kilometres away. For cross-country skiers, the cross-country ski trails are just 100 metres away, while a ski bus can be reached in 300 metres. Shopping facilities can be found 3 kilometres away, making it easy to cover everyday needs.
