The apartment is on the mainland and is easy access to Venice itself via bus. It was in a quiet area and about 7 minutes walk to the nearest supermarket. The apartment itself was roomy and had all the amenities including a kettle and microwave but no oven /washing machine. It was a lovely haven after the busy-ness of Venice and would definitely recommend a stay here. The bus into Venice is about 3 mins walk to the bus stop and a 7 or 7E takes about 20 mins max. There is a local tobacconist across the road from the apartment that sells the tickets. If u are going to be in Venice for a couple of days and using the water uses and buses, the Venezia daily pass is well worth it. It comes in24hr, 48hour or 72 hour tickets.

This apartment is in a great location. Its very close to a supermarket and within walking distance from the train station. We hopped on the bus which is close and went to the island. You have to use the water taxi which is great. Thx for having us!
