Clean, comfortable & spacious. Great location with beautiful views. Relaxing sun room and back patio that leads directly to a trail and south shore beach.
The property in general is great. Only thing is that there was no safety bars in the bathroom or near the steps inside or outside. I took my elderly parents and would have loved to have some safety precautions.

La casa es muy linda, está bien decorada y cuenta con una vajilla y electrodomésticos muy completos. Tiene una muy linda vista a la Bahía de San Francisco. Cuenta con parking cubierto en el establecimiento. Si bien siempre llevamos alimentos y bebidas cuando nos alojamos, la anfitriona dejó algunos comestibles y bebidas para ser utilizados. La casa estaba impecable, es confortable y muy luminosa. El barrio en que se encuentra es seguro y muy lindo.

The property is very cosy, very well organised, clean and comfortable.
We just found it frustrating that our contact Lu, wasn’t very contactable on the day as we were approaching the property after a 4 hour drive and we couldn’t get the code. Didn’t respond to a call or text. Said it was sent the day before but it wasn’t, the instructions clearly say that we make contact within 24 hours to get the code, which we did. It was fine in the end as we were able to contact Evolve and they were able to contact the owner. That was helpful.
