Large beautiful home less than 1 minute from the beach

The location is great, and there is a lot of space. Great for a large group, with 4 bedrooms and a lot of entertaining space. Good communication with the Host when questions arose. Dining room was great for meals, and there is plenty of living room/family room space on the main floor - provided room for the adults and room for the kids, if you are traveling as a family. The back patio is also a great space, just no furniture out there, which was surprising.Some feedback: Kitchen needs new pots, pans, and cookware. What is there is old, not a complete set - just a few pieces, and not clean. We actually went out and bought disposable aluminum cookware to use while we were there. Carpet needs replacing or cleaning. Would also recommend having a book on site that provides info on the WIFI access, how the kitchen appliances work, TV Info, and providing a final list for check out would be helpful. It's a great house, just needs some repairs and attention.
