1- Safety box is lacking
2- The outdoor is too heavy. I thought it was not responding to the PIN when I entered until I realized that it is open, yet needs too much pull to open.
3- I did not see a staff member throughout my 3 day stay, though I was leaving at 9-9:30 in the morning and going back around 8 pm.
4- There should be a clear way to ask for help or to fix something there.
