The location is great. Short and easy walk to train station and town centre, Wetherspoon and other pubs. Nice and quiet surrounding. Complete little kitchen. Good washing machine / dryer. Short walk to Aldi and Lidl, which are great for veggies and more. Beds are OK.
The sofa bed is a bit stained and is not a comfy seat. I did not use it as a bed so I don't know if it is good for sleeping. The frying pans were at/over the end of their life span, the hosts told me they were going to replace them. There was a strong curry smell. My guess is that the previous tenants have been cooking without much ventilating. Even after my 9 night stay with ventilating the smell was still there.

Cosy and ideal for what was needed. Hosts were so helpful in every aspect as well and the bed was extremely comfortable shower powerful and hot as well

Location of property was great for Tamworth town centre and its facilities; road and rail access for connecting further afield were also very good. The apartment (No 3) was clean and well presented, with a number of useful extras provided by the host e.g. tea bags, milk, bathroom accessories etc. The furniture was hard wearing and in good condition. We were very thankful for the two fans given the heatwave we experienced during our stay. Stephen, the host, was very responsive to our communication and he helped to arrange our move to Apt 2 in the same building allowing us to move our luggage into the room rather than having to pack it up into the car and unpack again after 2pm. We would recommend this property.
Although the furnishings were hard wearing and in good order, for us personally, the sofa was hard to sit on for long periods of time and low down for us and the bed was not particularly comfortable for us. We also found that the second flight of stairs up to Apt 3 were very steep and narrow, so may not suit everyone.
