Disappointed. Considering how expensive it is to stay at the hotel the bedding could be better, the pull out sofabed was desperately uncomfortable to sleep on, the room desperately needed TLC and maintenance left rubbish on the floor. Stayed previously and found enjoying. Afraid can't say the same again.

The hotel is part of the theme park and a mix of families and workers out of season. Big hotel, paid parking £* which I didn't see mentioned but room rate with breakfast was very reasonable. Restaurant and breakfast very nice but nowhere to walk outside so you are confined to the hotel

Easy to get to the hotel and onto the location we needed to be at in Tamworth the following day. Lady on reception was brilliant and couldn’t fault her, staff in restaurant not so much. Didn’t pay attention to order and things we asked to be removed from food order weren’t. Food overall wasn’t the best. Room was really clean no complaints there but stairs leading to the rooms had a bit of a nasty smell. Not sure what it was. Food is what really puts us off from returning
