An excellent location, close to most attractions. A clean, well equipped appartment and greatly appreciated welcome package. Beautiful white cotton sheets. Timely and clear communications throughout booking.
A little noisy late at night with pub goers leaving and drey men in the morning. Sofa bed was not particularly comfortable. However, not really big issues

Very well equipped and very cosy. Parking very easy and reasonably priced at £3 for a day.Good location on the high street and easily walkable to the races.Very nice touch to leave bread ,milk butter ,jam etc for our use.
Lift out of action, but not a problem for us.

boiler fault not dealt with, lift not working, communal areas dirty. permeating smell of drains throughout the main building
